It was Landon's 6th birthday and his party was a pirate party. The ship is made from cake covered in frosting, the shark is out of a twinki, the sales are parchment paper, palm trees were waffer straws with fruit roll ups.

VOLLEYBALL SENIOR NIGHT CAKE
This cake was made for Hoover High School's Varsity Volleyball team. Its was their senior night and they only had 2 seniors. The idea behind it was based on their nicknames, Sandbox and Airplane. The base of the cake was the sandbox, and on top was the airplane made from rice crispy treat and fondant.
SUNFLOWER BRIDAL SHOWER

I was throwing a bridal shower for a close friend and the theme was "Country Time Bridal Shower". She loves cup cakes and since sunflowers were part of the theme I made sunflower cup cakes. The sunflowers are made from Oreo regular and mini cookies, the ladybugs are red M&M's, and the leaves are fruit roll ups.

Sunflower Garden
My cousin Autumn was turning 30 and wanted to make a BIG statement with her cake. For weeks I planned it out, bought a few new gadgets, arranged ideas with her husband and came up with the Sunflower Garden. The sunflowers are oreo cookies that I pipped with yellow and orange frosting, the grass background is apple fruit roll ups, the butterflies are colored melt-able chocolate, and the ladybugs are red M&M's.

XBOX 360

The XBOX 360 cake was for Nick's 16th Birthday, and was my fist unique cake. His mom had seen a picture of a cupcake I made for a bridal shower and asked if I would do anything for his churches youth group. I took a list of his favorite things and from that I came up with an XBOX replica. They were both overjoyed with how it turned out, neither of them knew what I was doing because it was all left up to my decision. Oh how I love the look on his face in the picture!!
